We completed the mechanical portion (gas and plumbing) for Penticton's Balcomo Spa at the Ramada. This consisted of installation of a specialty spa boiler, in floor heat, gas firepits and much more.

We installed a back-up generator system for a residential property. This was run off propane and partnered with T3 electric to install.

A recent install of a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater we did. We are experienced installers and servicing of these units.

Black Antler Trenchless
Waterline Replacement

We completed an awesome trenchless job for Black Antler. It involved coordination with the City to shut down the road. The beauty of trenchless is we had the job completed in 1 day - so the business could reopen quick and not lose profit for long shutdowns that traditional digging can create.
